Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods / products by {Bubbles Gluten Free}, "we, "us" to you, the purchaser of goods / products from us, including your use of the website at {https://www.glutenfreebybubbles.co.nz/}

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you confirm that you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those goods / products. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods / products stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. These can be added at the checkout.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary when you confirm order. Please check delivery areas before selecting delivery. If you are outside of our delivery areas there is a pick up option available.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed and we aim to meet the delivery and pick up date selected. At times you maybe contacted if there is a delay or if a particular product is out of stock.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is added at the checkout. Check our shipping areas before checking out. We do have pick up option if you are outside of our shipping area.
Wholesale Delivery time: Lead time is 2 days from day of order, select delivery or pick up day by using the drop down calendar. We endevour to meet our specified delivery and pick up time. You will be contacted if there is a delay or if a product is out of stock.

Returns and refunds

We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality gluten-free baked goods. As our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

1. Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases due to the perishable nature of our products. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

(Our products are refrigerated it is your responsibility to be home or to have your order delivered to a work address to ensure the product freshness)

2. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Products If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet acceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation. You may be required to provide a photo of the product and proof of purchase.

3. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) Coverage Under the CGA, our products are guaranteed to be:

Made with care and free from major defects
Delivered as described If a product does not meet these standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

4. Warranty & Freshness Guarantee We guarantee that all products are fresh and made in a 100% gluten-free environment. As baked goods are best enjoyed fresh, we do not provide extended warranties beyond the CGA guarantees. Refrigerate when your order arrives to ensure freshness.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement Contact us at [orders@glutenfreebybubbles.co.nz] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

We will assess the request and offer a suitable solution in accordance with NZ consumer law.

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy."
